Sharon Street

The homeowners have a knack for hosting gatherings, but their existing home layout posed challenges with its sole bathroom tucked away in the rear. To address this, a small office room underwent a transformation into a new bathroom, accompanied by adjustments in the front room to create an additional bedroom for visiting relatives. Maximizing the space in the smaller bathroom required some creative solutions to prevent it from feeling cramped, including an open vanity, custom-built "flush" cabinets that cleverly extended into the adjacent bedroom closet, and an elegant, curb-less shower. One standout feature that left the homeowners thrilled was the heated tile floor. They set it to warm up their mornings, making the journey from their rear bedroom to the bathroom a more comfortable and enjoyable experience.
