A growing family purchased a dated home with a non-functional layout. To circumvent the challenging "new construction" permitting process, we remodeled the existing home down to the studs. We also beefed up the structure and added a third floor, increasing the footprint of the home by over 50%. Additionally, we included a roof deck. Every inch of this project was meticulously planned, with the focal point being a staircase that aligns perfectly from the ground floor to the roof deck.
