Broderick Penthouse

With Chip Minnick leading the design team, the homeowners successfully realized their vision for their penthouse suite, incorporating additional creative features throughout their home. One of the primary goals was to provide space to showcase some of the artwork and artifacts they had accumulated after years of traveling to exotic locations with their two sons. Fully retractable skylights above the bed and the extra-large freestanding shower, coupled with amazing city views, museum-quality pedestals, and state-of-the-art lighting, highlight the uniqueness of this project.
